The reception was wonderful, the staff were polite, the location was great, and the city itself was beautiful and clean.

The staff were decent, the service was quite good, and the breakfast wasn’t bad; the location was good, in the center, a block from the square. However, the hotel was quite plain and unremarkable, the ambience was mediocre, especially the bathroom/ toilet, which was very basic and not new.

I chose the hotel mainly for its proximity to work, which was the only upside, though the reviews seemed inflated after I checked them; the large suite had the air‑conditioner placed outside the bedroom and no bedside sockets, and although the receptionist said breakfast started at 7:30, the chef wasn’t even there when we arrived, making the place feel like a “dead” hotel where we were the only guests.
