The owner’s service was good, the facilities were generous, the welcome‑drink service and snacks were nice, and it felt like home. The only issue was that disposable toothbrushes were missing—please provide them. Otherwise, no problems, just a slight moldy smell.

I spent a lovely time overall, but I was stuck for 3 hours trying to locate the place and couldn’t reach anyone even after knocking on the door; no one answered the phone and I was with a Japanese‑speaking lady.

The owner was super friendly. The apartment was huge, with all the shops right next door, quiet, and very comfortable. We had a fantastic stay and will return for our next visit!

We stayed as a group of five. It was the night before a trip to Hokkaido, and the room was large with three bedrooms, keeping our privacy and comfort. The fridge offered tea and water, and the owner was very approachable and chatty, which was great. If the chance comes up, we’ll definitely use it again.
