“Torneremo quanto prima due giorni di puro relax”
The spa was wonderful, never crowded, impeccably clean, and the staff were kind and skilled—massages and treatments were fantastic! The reception was very friendly and the check‑in was perfect. The restaurant was exceptional, the director was courteous and professional, and the menu was varied and high quality. The hotel itself was elegant with a well‑maintained garden. The only downside was that the in‑room bathroom felt a little old‑fashioned, and I don’t think the rooms listed on Booking are among the most beautiful.
Everything was perfect; the restaurant staff were especially kind and extremely helpful. The room was very nice and spacious, the location was quiet and welcoming, and everything was designed for deep relaxation. The spa was very beautiful. I would add fresh fruit in the spa, as is usual in other facilities, but otherwise everything was great.
The property is excellently renovated, built in the 1930s.
“Relax allo stato puro”
The pool, solarium, and spa were truly outstanding, and the real highlight was included in the stay price! The breakfast could use improvement; it was very poor, both savory and sweet, and at these levels you’d expect artisanal preparations.
The breakfast was extremely sparse, on the verge of an unimaginable greed. Just a couple of sausages and eggs, no mention of porridge or cottage cheese—an economic blow to the hotel would be minimal, but reputationally it would cost more points. Plus, when breakfast is included but the omelette costs an extra 15 euros, that’s excessive. Instead of fresh‑pressed juice, they served bottled. The attendant who watched how much you put on your plate seemed to think you were over‑eating, and if you went for a second round at the service, you almost had to call the police. As for the pool and spa, they were loudly proclaimed.
