The staff and location were good, but my room 101 was right at the entrance—door to reception, a parking spot and first‑floor entry at one window, and a staircase to the second floor at the other; there was no soundproofing, so someone was always talking loudly from all sides.

The place was filthy; nothing was clean enough to stay. The bed had stains of blood on the pillows, and the mattress was covered in dirt. I wouldn’t even bring my pet there. I can’t understand how it could receive a rating.
