The hotel was great overall, with a fantastic team of fluent English‑speaking professionals, but at night there were too few staff and the wait times were long; hiring more people would have made it flawless. The shortfall was in staffing.

The hotel was very close to the shopping mall, the staff were attentive, and the breakfast was excellent!

The room was clean, but I struggled to get a bottle of wine at 23:30 even though room service claimed 24‑hour availability.

The staff were friendly, but the heated pool was cold, the room cleaning was lacking, and the restaurant food was disappointing.
