The location right next to the Kurpark was super nice, and I was able to book a great Ayurvedic massage on short notice; the staff were friendly. Even though this was my third visit to Kurhaus, I still got a dark, poorly situated room with a dog, and the atmosphere in the pool area was off; the showers needed descaling and cleaning supplies stayed by the pool all day.

The hotel was clean, the staff very friendly, and it was quiet.

I love everything about Kurhause, especially the staff who are all lovely and so helpful; the surrounding area is lovely and peaceful, and I can’t wait to return.

The location is very beautiful right in the Kurpark, the room is nice, and the staff are friendly; you can use the wellness area of the spa, where it was relaxing with little crowd, but the bed was too hard and a bit sagging.

The overall space is excellent, with beautiful gardens, tranquility, and quiet throughout the night; however, part of the staff doesn’t speak English, which complicates things a bit for international tourists, and room cleaning on holidays or weekends is optional and must be requested specifically.
