I never stayed there because I couldn’t find the location; you sent me the wrong address or what you call the location. I want confirmation of your location for a future visit in Riyadh.

Nothing pleased me. When I arrived, there was no sign indicating the hotel and no one knew who the staff were. There was no reception, and when I called the hotel no one answered. Only the manager replied via the app that the booking was cancelled after the call, apologizing for not being able to check in.

Very bad.

I had no positive points, but the location seemed unreliable and the contact number was untrustworthy.

Nothing positive, and the front desk told me before check‑in that there was no vacant apartment for the second time in a row, the same issue kept happening.
