Located off Paje Road in Jambiani, Zanzibar, Kobe House is a beachfront hotel on the southeast coast. It features two swimming pools surrounded by a tropical garden with beach views. The hotel offers traditional, bright rooms with private entrances, air conditioning, and some with verandas. A continental breakfast is served, and the restaurant offers a buffet menu. Activities include cycling and snorkelling, with Zanzibar International Airport 54 km away.

A very relaxing little cocoon, well‑located right by the water and impeccably maintained, with staff who are attentive and very friendly.

The hotel sits right on the beach, the staff were friendly, and everything was clean.

The property boasts beautiful gardens and a pool; it’s right on the beach and the sunbeds are the most comfortable I’ve ever used. Nothing to complain about.

The hotel’s direct sea location, pool, and cozy hotel‑owned loungers are great, the staff were very friendly and helpful, and we even received a free room upgrade :) However, the on‑site restaurant didn’t quite keep up with the quality of nearby eateries.
