When we arrived the building didn’t answer the intercom, and we called many times with no response. We had to keep traveling, paying for the inconvenience. It’s unacceptable to expect service from those who pay.

The apartment was excellent, clean and very spacious, just a short walk from San Benedetto’s city centre. The outdoor hot‑tub pool was beautiful. The owner was very kind and welcoming, and the on‑site parking was incredibly convenient. I strongly recommend it and will definitely come back.

The new building is clean. The price for an 18‑hour stay was high.

The apartment was newly renovated, ultra‑modern, and the price was fair for the location. The owners were extremely friendly. Air conditioning and a life‑saving washer/dryer were present, and the mattress and pillows were very comfortable. The property was well maintained, featuring a lovely pool (small but suitable for the number of guests) and a relaxed lounge area with tables, umbrellas, and loungers. Bicycles could be rented at a very modest price, even with child seats. The location is convenient, though not perfect, as the nearest beach clubs are about 10 minutes on foot and the pedestrian area of San Benedetto is also 10 minutes away. It’s clear the building is new, but a towel rack for drying beach towels, a kitchen rag, and some trash bags are missing. The walls are very thin, so some noise from neighbours might disturb sleep, though it’s not overly loud.
