Located in Munich's Laim district, the Business & Budget Hotel Tessin offers renovated, affordable accommodation on the 1st and 2nd floors of an apartment building. This privately run hotel features free WiFi, a colourful breakfast room, and a large breakfast buffet. It's a 3-minute walk to Laim S-Bahn Train Station, providing direct access to Munich Central Station and Marienplatz Square in 8 and 10 minutes, respectively.

The location is good, but the facilities are mediocre.

We stayed in a cramped loft in August that was sweltering, with a bathroom that had no light, making showers impossible. The air conditioning didn’t work.

A reggeli jó!. Hiába kértem 2 db 1 személyes ágyat nem vették figyelembe! Reggelinél a személyzet us csodálkozott, hogy 2 főre azt a pici szobát adtak!
