The two receptionists were really friendly and helpful, and the moment I stepped into the room I could tell it was spotless—cleanliness was a solid 10/10. Nothing negative to mention.

After a 12‑hour drive from Dorada Caldas to Planeta Rica, I finally got signal and saw a message saying I hadn’t answered calls (there were none) and that my reservation was cancelled because I hadn’t arrived on time. The hotel just handed the room to another guest and offered no remedy when I called. It felt like a huge disrespect after such a long journey.
