The location is excellent, close to several spots and especially convenient for a concert at the BMO; the room was clean. However, the kitchen was always very dirty and we never used it, but passing through it was unpleasant, and the hallways and stairs had a lot of dust—cleaning at least once a day would be great.

It was very close to the Center and had a very good price, but the room was a bit dirty and very small.

The price was reasonable, and the location worked well. However, my room wasn’t cleaned properly; hair was everywhere on the floor. It sat right next to the common area, so I could hear shouting, people walking in and out—ear plugs are a must if you’re planning to sleep.

First, the price. Then the convenience. Location was central to my needs. The stairs. I’m an old woman. But I liked being on the top floor because it’s quieter. Parking was awkward, but once I read the posted signs and figured out I could park in the school zone because I’d be leaving in the morning before the restrictions, it was a breeze
