The hotel offers air-conditioned rooms with contemporary furnishings, flat-screen satellite TV, seating areas, and work desks. The hotel offered a wide range of activities such as gym, pool, sauna, spa (paid), and tennis (paid), and the staff were very friendly, even the cleaning crew. However, communicating in English was sometimes difficult, and the food was quite pricey even for simple dishes like pide, salad, or burgers.

The reception was fine, but the shower and bathroom were outdated and poorly maintained. Cleaning supplies were only available on request, and despite a posted notice and a request, housekeeping didn’t arrive until 23:00 after a complaint. The bathroom smelled of drain, the beds were hard and squeaky, and the thermal system was old, dirty, and lacked a comfortable atmosphere. Guests were required to wear bathing caps, which were an extra charge; a prior notice would have avoided that. The hotel was cheap, but that wasn’t the issue; guests could have brought their own towels, and the pool area looked more like a hospital than a resort. Breakfast was disappointingly sparse, and the omelette was served cold on a warm‑holding tray. I’ve stayed at many hotels, including several times at Kaya Belek, but this place does not deserve the name Kaya. It’s not even new, yet the description “newly opened” is misleading.

The view from the windows is great, the pools are almost perfect. The drinks, even non‑alcoholic ones, are all paid for, and water bottles are also charged and very expensive!
