“Das Hotel müsste für 4s mehr bieten”
The room was spacious and the bed comfortable, the pool was okay and especially clean, but on Sunday there was no dining service in the hotel and the room only offered instant coffee and a kettle. Breakfast was bad: on the first day at 8:30 am there were only two baked wheat rolls and white‑flour bread without crust; on the second day there were baked seed rolls and again the same bread. The buffet was poorly arranged, used dishes were left on the tables, and we had never experienced such a bad offering and lack of service in a conference hotel. In the ladies’ changing rooms both the shower and the toilet had empty soap dispensers. Finally, we were surprised to have to pay €25 for a 45‑minute late checkout, and the receptionist said she had no other option. Bottom line: the hotel is okay, but the 4‑star “superior” rating is hard to justify.
