12 people shared a dorm, each with their own bunk for maximum privacy, windows open for fresh air, excellent mattresses, power outlet and reading lamp on the ceiling, 1a shower and toilet, a fridge or stove in the basement, dishes provided, access via code, and the reception staff were very friendly and helpful. I could praise them endlessly, and I’d definitely come back! A suggestion: offer a way to wash and hang clothes manually.

The bed was comfortable and the new setup was quiet, even when moving. The curtains were of good quality. One of the bathrooms was always closed, leaving only 12 beds with one working washroom. The bathroom I used had no ventilation and the ceiling showed clear signs of mold. The cooktop looked nice, but its quality was poor.

I really liked the clean, central location in Málaga; the staff were very friendly and guided us on everything possible. I recommend the Funker Hotstel.

Loved the hostel facilities and the staff; it’s one of the best hostels I’ve stayed at.
