The hotel features a large public bath, cafe, and rooms with free wired internet, air-conditioning, and heating facilities, as well as air purifiers and humidifiers.

The room was spotless and roomy, the staff were super friendly, and even though I’m not a breakfast fan, the Italian buffet was pretty good (especially the Miso Soup 👌). I can’t think of any negatives.

We had an amazing time at the Mitsui Garden Hotel Shiodome (Italia-gai); the location was convenient, the staff were very friendly, and the rooms were kept immaculately. We had no complaints at all 😊.

It’s close to restaurants, a supermarket, and trains, with a coin laundromat just around the corner. The pillows were completely uncomfortable.

The location is very good, but the value for money is terrible. I stayed 5 nights after booking 9 months earlier and found out I’d paid 109 % more than I should have. The onsen is tiny and crowded, the room is very small with a small bed, and the breakfast restaurant is also overcrowded. The breakfast itself is poor value for money.

The room was nice. The breakfast was good (asian), for international guests (Europe) breakfast was ok. 5-10 min walk to every metro station
