The value for money was good, the bed was comfortable, the location convenient, and parking was nearby. I would have liked more towels, especially for summer when you’re constantly taking clothes and swimsuits outside, or to have been told that the TV didn’t work properly. A larger, more absorbent bath mat or a longer bath curtain would have been great.

Nothing pleasant about the accommodation. The owner was outrageously rude, aggressive, and uncommunicative. Although the listing claimed internet access, there was no connection at all, so we couldn’t even check our emails. When we called to complain, Ms. Kyrioti responded sarcastically, saying that the rules were set by her and not by the guests, laughing hysterically to show power and authority, refusing to cooperate, and trying to intimidate us with statements like “all rooms at the docks are managed by me.” She also repeatedly attempted to cancel our booking through Booking while we had already paid, even canceling it on the first night while we were already in the room; when I asked why she did it, she simply said, “now you’re staying anyway,” without answering why she cancelled our reservation or why she wanted us to leave a review. She should be disciplined and kept away from guests because she is authoritarian, domineering, and demanding cash. She cancels bookings from Booking to avoid paying.

The stay was absolutely wonderful! The property is stylish, sparkling clean, and in a fantastic location. The hosts and staff were incredibly warm and helpful, making us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. Great value for money. We would definitely stay here again without hesitation!
