The breakfasts were varied and of high quality, and the staff were very responsive, helping with every question that came up. I especially liked how convenient the hotel’s location was. On the downside, one gym machine was broken for two weeks and the issue never got fixed, which was disappointing because a good fitness centre was a priority for me. After a heavy rainstorm, a huge cockroach slipped into the bathroom; I told the staff and they dealt with it quickly. I wouldn’t call it a major flaw, knowing that such things happen in the climate, but it was still unpleasant to see in a 5‑star hotel.

“This was our second stay at the Ramada, and all I can say is “we’ll be back again next year””

The location is excellent, with shops within easy walking distance, and the beachfront spot is second to none. The facilities at the Ramada are fantastic, the food is great, and the buffet breakfast is the best I’ve had anywhere. As always, all of the staff were amazing! There was nothing about the property to complain about.

Everything was great: the staff are absolutely amazing, kind and helpful, and the housekeeping is so sweet! The rooms are very spacious, and even though it’s a big resort, it’s very easy to walk around. The pool is perfect, and the bar is great too. We stayed in three rooms and enjoyed ourselves a lot. The only thing that could improve is the coffee machine at breakfast, which isn’t good, and the pool table was missing parts—both are easy to fix.
