The service was top‑level and the staff were very welcoming. We stayed two days in an Economy room and then two days in an upgraded one; the Economy segment urgently needs repairs. The smell in the bathrooms and from the carpets in the room is impossible to get rid of. The upgraded room was the complete opposite—everything was fine. The restaurant kitchen didn’t suit our tastes.

They fulfilled our special pillow requests, replaced towels daily, kept the place clean, and there’s an elevator—very convenient location. Breakfast was tasty but lacked variety.
