The unit was cute and spotless, and the staff delivered perfect customer service, going above and beyond, but the constant traffic noise—horns, sirens, motorcycle engines, buses—kept me awake all day and night.

The room was clean, new, and modern with plenty of storage, and the towels were fresh; dinner was tasty, and the ground‑floor coffee shop offered a modest but delicious Filipino meal of barbecue chicken and rice wrapped in coconut leaves, plus a good latte; its location right across from Gate 3 of USC Talamban was ideal for our conference, though at the price we paid, bedroom slippers would have been a nice addition.
