I liked how close everything was, but the room smelled musty and the hot water faucet in the bathroom sink leaked onto the counter when turned on.

The staff were pleasant, the breakfast was clean and good, but the hotel was a bit far from downtown Austin.

Everything was spotless—from the lobby to the hallways to my room—thanks to you and your staff; however, the room showed wear and tear, especially in the bathroom where the lower corners were smashed or damaged, and I wish there were shower doors; I put bath mats down, but the water pressure still wets the whole floor, just a suggestion.

The staff were very friendly and the stay was very clean; the only issue was that the syrup at breakfast tasted a little off, but otherwise everything was fine.
