Pauline and Gerald are the most lovely hosts and very caring, always ready with good tips. We felt very comfortable. The house is cozy and the rooms are very comfortable, probably the cleanest in all of New Zealand. The bathrooms are modern. Breakfast is great, always a hot dish. Marmalades and compotes etc. are all homemade from their own garden! I especially appreciated the gluten‑free options that Pauline offered me separately. Thank you very much! Everything is great!

Furniture, Friendliness and Breakfast

Pauline and Gerald were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was excellent. The building is on a busy street, but because our room was on the back side it was very quiet. The room is a bit small, but absolutely sufficient for a few days. The bathroom is spacious. Everything was very clean.
