Hotel New House

“Suficiente para 1 noite.”

The breakfast area was small and had few options.

“Foi uma escolha acertada e me surpreendi com as acomodaçoes.”

It was funny in that regard. On Sunday, breakfast surprised me. Lots of variety, everything tasty, juices, fruit, cakes, bread, cheese, ham, eggs, sausage, coffee with milk, yogurt, jam. Only thing missing was butter, just margarine. I was impressed and very satisfied, but on Monday it was totally different. I arrived for breakfast at 9 am and there was nothing—no juice, no fruit, just white bread, stale cake, no eggs, no sausage. I asked a staff member and she said they were out, but I was on time. I asked for a juice and was served. I liked a guy who looked like the manager. He was polite and eager to help. The Monday breakfast was bad. The polite guy wasn’t there. I’m sure if he had been there he would have fixed it. He must have been off.

The room was very clean, the linens and towels were fine, everything worked properly, I was traveling for work and the value for money is great, and there is parking. Everything is fine, I have no complaints.

“Tivemos uma experiencia OK”

We had an OK experience. The room was very clean. The bathroom layout is uncomfortable: it’s not fully enclosed, which is awkward when traveling with a partner, and the toilet area is too small. Aside from that, the hotel is very clean, the service was good, the staff were friendly, the bed was comfortable and there were no extra charges, and the price matched the reservation exactly. The bathroom is open and small.
