The location is perfect in the heart of Ubud. The bathroom needs renovation, with a leaking water heater above the sink.

The location is ideal, close to Ubud Palace and surrounded by a nice craft market. The room is average or maybe a bit below. The bathroom definitely needs some fixing. I think the bathroom should be cleaned a bit more and the breakfast should be more varied (they always bring banana pancakes and fruit). The staff is sometimes not available and they speak little English.

The location is right in the center of Ubud. The manager only talked to us to find out when we would pay her. We had to ask for toilet paper and towels (which were not very clean either).
