Everything was great, except the sea view from the 4th floor wasn’t exceptional.

The location is surely excellent, the quality of services and customer attention are superb! The breakfast and dinner buffets are very rich, varied, and of excellent quality. We will definitely come back. The only thing to keep in mind is that at dinner men must wear long pants, so pack accordingly.

The space itself was fine, but the waitress Mariana was a disaster, whereas the maître David was perfect; the deputy manager on Sundays, together with the female maître, treated us horribly, demanding we leave a table even though the rest of the restaurant was empty, because we were three people at a four‑chair table, and the overall service was abysmal—so rude that I won’t be coming back.

Everything was spectacular, honestly: the cleanliness, the service, all the facilities including a small but complete spa. The hotel is very pretty and welcoming, and we’re very happy with this choice. The only thing I might add is that I could have used a bit more variety at dinner; each night had different dishes but not much variety. Also, the parking situation is tricky—the hotel is on a main road and the parking lots are heavily requested, though cars do leave continuously, so you have to stay alert because the next spot frees up as soon as it’s taken.
