“scam”

This place is a scam. I booked three weeks ahead and they cancelled on the day I was supposed to check in. I had already left my luggage and was at work. The cleaning lady told me to call the WhatsApp number to check in, but they said there was a water problem and asked me to cancel. Because the whole thing happened over phone and WhatsApp, not through the booking platform, I couldn’t get an alternative, so I had to book an expensive hotel last minute.

“Don't go their, you will get infected for sure”

Nothing special, just the building entrance is okay. The bed was unclean, with hairs on it; the pillow was dirty, the floor was full of mess, the TV didn’t work, the bathroom door was dirty and full of grease.

Nothing good, even the room looks horrible. I had a terrible check‑in experience. I arrived with a confirmed reservation, but the property refused to give me the room I booked. They first claimed the room was unavailable because a door was broken, then tried to move me to another accommodation about 20 minutes away by taxi, in a different area from the one I booked. I didn’t accept that because I had specifically booked that location and didn’t feel comfortable going to an unknown area at night with my luggage. The property then said my reservation was still active and unchanged, yet they still wouldn’t give me the room at the original location. In my view, this looked like overbooking, and the broken‑door explanation seemed very doubtful. The property gave inconsistent information, stopped replying properly, and made it very difficult to help me relocate. It was a very stressful and unacceptable situation. I do not recommend this accommodation, especially if you need a reliable place to stay.
