La Quinta Inn Lexington-Horse Park

“Good Value”

Close to the horse park and about 10 minutes from plenty of food options; the shower and bed were awesome, breakfast was small but included waffles, and the house cleaning did a super job. The facilities feel a bit rough around the edges, with some damage to the room walls and floors, though nothing major; parking is limited and the rooms are spread out from the entrances.

“Front desk person was exceptionally helpful, happy, smiling. Helped me get into a room that was gro”

The room seemed recently updated—clean and comfortable—but the outside of the building needs repair and is less tidy. The hallway to the room wasn’t as updated or clean as the room itself, and the deadbolt didn’t work properly—it would turn if the door was open but wouldn’t turn if it was closed, so I had to push my luggage carrier in front of the door to feel secure. My room was at the end of a dark hallway.

“Had a great time”

I thought the stay was pretty solid, but the room could have used an upgrade; otherwise everything else was great.

The place had a strong tobacco smell and the rooms weren't cleaned well, which made the overall cleanliness feel awful.
