The location, free water and hot drinks, and friendly owner were good. The bathroom was mouldy, and the air‑con unit made loud, strange noises and needed servicing.

The staff was lovely, even though her English was limited (she also speaks Thai). The location was great, not too far from the night market. The stairs have a certain charm and the place looks nice, and the bedroom looked nice too. I arrived a bit early before check‑in time, left my luggage to get lunch, and returned at 12 p.m.; it seemed they wanted me to check in earlier, so the cleaning lady rushed and missed some trash under the bed.
