“Ferias en porto”

The bed was very comfortable and the shower was wonderful, the room was super clean and cozy. The cleaning staff and breakfast attendants were very kind and polite. The hotel has a very modern and pleasant infrastructure. The pools were not heated; we were there just now and it was a bit cold, so a warmer temperature would have been better. The gym was very small and there was no water or towels available for cleaning. The sauna lacked a user guide, because there was a woman inside with hair‑care products, which is chemical in a sauna where you breathe all that unacceptable air. The breakfast also lacked more regional typical options.

“Acolhimento, instalações execelentes com uma localização maravilhosa, voltaremos sim!!!!”

The new facilities are well maintained, face the best beach, and the pool complex with hot tubs, big screen and integrated bar has attentive staff who are helpful. The only downside was the absence of the famous cuscuz at breakfast, which is typical in hotels from the Northeast; otherwise everything was fine.

Cleanliness and service were good, but there is a 10 % service charge on all hotel consumption, which other hotels don’t apply, even on beach kiosks.

The location, facilities and staff were all wonderful, with nothing to complain about.
