Accessible solely by cable car, the hotel lies a ten‑minute walk from the Braunwald station.

It was a paradise for children – the animals, especially the golden goat bridge, llama, alpaca, rabbits, chickens, etc., were a hit. Even with so many farm animals, the hotel stayed spotless. Our room was comfortable, convenient, and had everything we required. The meals were fantastic and the wine list impressive. We skipped the Kindercare, but the staff were excellent. All in all, we adored the place and will return.

The view of the mountains was breathtaking, the staff were kind, and the kids’ activities were great. The dining room was a bit noisy and the outdoor sunbathing areas were uncomfortable.

Everything fit perfectly. The hotel is truly child‑friendly. The staff were very attentive and helpful. The breakfast buffet was a highlight for the kids, and the activities were varied.
