Fantastic location and the staff were extremely friendly and very helpful with luggage logistics and useful tips for exploring the island. The breakfast was basic; I would have liked homemade cakes, fruit salads, or fresh juices, but overall it was fine.

Excellent location, quiet, no noise, truly restful. The staff were very friendly and kind. Highly recommended! The only downside was the lack of a TV.

This hotel is worth every cent! It sits on a quiet street yet remains close to shops and restaurants. The property is beautiful, well maintained, and impeccably clean. Every staff member was an absolute angel. There were no hidden fees or extra costs beyond the expected city tax. For a stay on Capri, the price is incredibly reasonable. Breakfast was modest but still a delight, with excellent coffee and milk substitutes like soy milk (latte di soia). We received a basket of bread, croissants, and spreads, and a fruit basket with yogurt and granola, leaving us full each morning. The most appreciated feature of our room was the drying rack on our private patio—a simple thing that made a huge difference, allowing us to wash a wine stain and dry clothes outdoors. I love this hotel and hope to stay there again. The only issue was a Capri‑specific problem: walking from Umberto I Piazza to the hotel is difficult because the streets are pedestrian‑only. If you have a lot of luggage, it’s worth paying extra to have it delivered to the hotel; dragging it through narrow streets was a huge pain. We paid less than 50 euros for the hotel to deliver our luggage to the port at checkout.
