Four Points by Sheraton Myrtle Beach

The location was fine. The sink in the bathroom was clogged and didn’t work; I told the staff, but they couldn’t fix it and didn’t offer to move me. The shower had hair in it, the staff were not polite, and the overall cleanliness was lacking.

The place was clean and very nice.

“was ok”

The bed was good and the room was fairly clean, but there were only a few TV channels, the in‑room cosmetics were sparse, the safe barely worked, water and coffee were offered in the room, and the room phone was non‑functional.

“Overall was OK, staff was amazing very helpful. Overall, the hotel definitely needs a facelift.”

The staff were fantastic and the pool was nice, yet it seemed like renovations were underway, the gym’s air‑conditioning was lacking, and the portable AC in the dining and front desk areas did not meet expectations.

We really enjoyed it and could watch all the World Cup matches from the room.
