The location is very good even though the hotel isn’t in the center, because in a few minutes you can reach the center by the nearby metro. Breakfast is also quite good. The reception service leaves much to be desired; if a client requests something you can’t tell them to “request it tonight.” If the request is outside your duties, the normal procedure is to note it and forward it to the responsible person. At breakfast it was hard to find a clean table to sit at, even though there were idle waiters.

From the first minute the experience began, gathering positive moments that were unmistakably enjoyable. The staff were exceptionally helpful, and staying there felt like we had already been there—though we hadn’t. The environment, the inner calm, and the peace instantly made the hotel lovable. We confidently recommend it, will return, and thank you.

We met very nice and polite staff members. Arriving around 01:30 AM, it was essential that we could check in so late. The area is great, close to metro and bus stations. Breakfast was very good, and we truly enjoyed our stay and will definitely come back.
