Building was new so it was clean, parking facility was great. There was a little communication issue with managers to accomodate extra person for extra cost, but it was solved after a little more explanation. There is no lift facility if you have elders with you

The location is excellent and the staff are nice. You had to ask for bedsheets, the duvets had no cover, and the beds were hard.

The location is great, the new building has comfortable rooms, and the staff are very kind and willing to meet any requests. I recommend it. Occasionally the lights went out, but that was due to roadwork.

The hotel is brand‑new and spotlessly clean, and its location is convenient. The front‑desk boy handled everything flawlessly, always reachable when I called and even helped carry our large bags up and down two floors. On the downside, there’s no restaurant or room service, and the only toiletries supplied were a towel and a small bar of soap.
