The cleanliness of the hotel was also noteworthy.
The staff at this hotel were incredibly kind and made my stay really enjoyable.
Being centrally located made it incredibly easy for me to explore the surrounding area and access all the local attractions.
The breakfast was a definite highlight, but overall, I found my stay to be fairly average - it didn't particularly exceed my expectations.

“Nice”
I only had a few positives, but the breakfast could definitely be better.
“Excellent”
The customer service, cleaning, and breakfast were all top‑class.
“was good”
The staff and the hotel were very nice, but the swimming pool had been under renovation for too long.
“Was a good stay would stay again if needed.”
The beds were clean and comfy, and the room stayed cool, yet the noise level was high; we were fortunate it quieted down before bedtime, but still could hear a lot. The bathroom needed updates and the paint was peeling off the tub.
“Definitely THE place to stay in Lubbock”
The onsite restaurant was fantastic and the staff were excellent; the meals were very good, using high‑quality ingredients. The pillows were too flat and the cable‑only TV was disappointing.
