“Perfect central accomodation”

The property was very nice! It was perfect for getting around the city without big hassles because the accommodation is near a subway station. The staff were really nice and they even provided umbrellas to borrow, which was helpful since our stay fell within the 37 days of straight rain 😭. The rooms were really nice, with a washing machine provided and detergent available at the front desk (the first one was free, every additional one was a steal at 100 yen!). The rooms are quite a bit smaller than the pictures suggest, but there was still enough space to manage the luggage and everything. The beds were just mattresses on the ground and the couch, but they were still comfortable! The subway station is about a 10‑minute walk, which wasn’t a problem!

I liked how roomy the room was and the bathroom felt spacious, but the mattresses on the beds were pretty uncomfortable.

The clever use of the limited space impressed us, but it wasn’t suitable for very tall people or those with mobility issues.

The layout was amazing, especially the extra couch area which is unheard of in Tokyo, and the staff were fantastic and very friendly, though the location was a bit farther from the train station; walking to Akasuka and Kappabashi Street was a major plus.

It’s small but has everything you need, clean, and comes with plenty of towels, yet it’s a bit far from the subway, and when we were three, sleeping on the lower bed caused heat because the AC didn’t reach it.
