The experience was perfect in every aspect—food, rooms, pool area, and the sea were all above and beyond. I loved everything; there is no word that could describe the negatives.

Cleanliness, facilities, quality, and staff were all excellent. The room I had booked wasn’t available when I arrived, so I paid an extra 600 € for a lagoon room at midnight, a suggestion made by the hotel staff that I accepted.

The experience was extremely disappointing and far from what a hotel of this level should offer. When we arrived, the staff, upon realizing we were Israeli, refused to help us with our luggage from the taxi, making us feel unwelcome right away. We were charged €900 for our 2‑year‑old child, a fee that would have been waived if he had been under 2; we were told this was due to a policy change. I emailed the hotel but received no reply, and phone calls were also unanswered. After multiple attempts, we were told to pay because the responsible team was on holiday and that the money might be refunded the next day, but no refund came. The child was also barred from the amusement facilities and kids' club because he was under 5, so we paid €900 for a child who couldn’t use many services. No compensation was offered—no larger room, extra bed, or additional service. Mosquitoes were rampant, especially around the amusement area and near the large theatre. On August 21 at about 3:00 AM, the hotel alarm triggered an evacuation, forcing us to wake up, take our children, and run outside in the middle of the night; we were later told it was a false alarm caused by a software issue.

The hotel’s view is spectacular, and the restaurant staff are friendly and engaged. The fish is very good, varied, and cooked in many ways. The reception experience was unpleasant from start to finish: they charged us an extra 820 € because their system listed the child as a toddler instead of 8 years old, demanded the difference in cash, and insisted we withdraw money from an ATM—so bring cash because the exchange rate was high. The staff didn’t try to help, only said what couldn’t be done. Additionally, you have to carry a paper wristband; if you lose it you pay another 100 €. One child in my group has Down syndrome and lost his band; when he returned without it, the guards made a scene, acting like a drug‑casing at an airport. The kids’ play area is far below what I’d seen at other 5‑star hotels in Antalya—just a small box. The website shows a big amusement park, but it only opens for two hours in the evening during dinner, so you can’t really use it. The water slides burned my feet because the stairs aren’t protected; the concrete gets hot and you have to run on it because you can’t step normally. There were also broken pipes near the slides, forcing us to go through puddles that hadn’t been fixed that week. The cleaning staff worked hard but were understaffed, so the cleaning was rushed and only essential areas were attended to. I definitely won’t return.
