The room was beautiful and clean. The restaurant space was very nice and well maintained. The staff were very friendly, especially Karolos who served us twice! We didn’t always have hot water for the bath, and there could have been more breakfast options.

The staff were friendly and the breakfast excellent. The rooms weren’t clean, especially the bathroom. Hot water only arrived after about thirty minutes, leading to a lot of wasted water and often having to shower cold.

Michael Maher and Kerolos were both awesome. The room was great and the breakfast even better. The Wi‑Fi was slow.

We could smoke inside. Some members’ belongings didn’t follow the hotel’s policy, which caused trouble with the local community. The reception and cleaning crew were perfect. I’ll give you a hint: don’t trust anyone, especially the door‑opening staff, if they offer to book a taxi or another service.

The place was clean… Ms. Alfat was friendly and the staff treated us well. The only downside is the hotel’s location on a narrow side street with many stray dogs nearby, especially at night, and the fact that the place doesn’t accept bank cards unless extra fees are paid, which is inconvenient.
