I was impressed by how friendly the service was and how clean and easy the accommodation felt. If you’re a couple or a family of at least three, the value is great. We were just three people, including a baby, so we never used the third floor at all, but that just showed how spacious it is. The location isn’t bad, not amazing either, but it’s a quiet residential area, so every time we came back home I felt like I was staying in Kyoto for a moment. If you’re two or three families, I highly recommend it. There were no negatives at all.

The place is well‑located, easy to get around, and the room is fully equipped. No complaints.

交通方便，住宅周边有多个公交站，离地铁站步行也不远。步行五分钟之内的区域有超市和药房。屋子里的生活必需品和基本家电一应俱全。. 三楼的卧室同一层没有卫生间。

Nearly perfect little house, fit our needs well and we'll stay again if we return. The amount of places to eat around is huge and having parking was a big bonus. The lower level bath was super nice and relaxing. With 2 kids, this was a good deal and the heated tatami floor was a surprise. The walls are a bit thin, it's how the older houses are. Some street noise from cars/bikes is a bit louder than it should be but not really an issue for us
