The studio was comfortable, the bathroom was very functional, the site was well maintained and pleasant. It was a bit noisy early in the morning because of the bird‑scaring shots (near the airport) and there was too much light all night. It’s a shame since a nature reserve is nearby.

Beautiful, furnished in an old style, spacious, cozy, clean, fully equipped apartment. The kitchen had everything (except a decent frying pan). Ideal for 8 people. The property grounds are well maintained, green, the pool is very clean, quite large for the number of guests (we were often alone on the pool). No chlorine, the pool uses salt. 7 minutes by car to the sea. 4 minutes by car to the town, to the shop. No air conditioning.

The agriturismo is beautiful, located 8 km from the sea, with two pools and private options that make it a fantastic spot.

The place looks gorgeous, featuring lovely rooms with Tuscan‑style furniture, a well‑equipped kitchen, and a superb pool; we enjoyed the peaceful setting near Pisa and the friendly staff, making for a delightful week of holidays. Nothing to add.
