We had a great stay at this homestay: clean, comfy, well‑located, friendly, and the atmosphere was solid. The main road location made getting around a breeze. We’d love to come back and highly recommend it—thanks, Janet :)

The AC was good, but molds were everywhere, even on the pillows. When we checked in, nobody was there and we weren’t told about our room until we arrived; we had to wait a long time and the Wi‑Fi kept cutting out.

We arrived at the hostel and the host (house‑keeper) was lovely and tried to help us. However, we got the first room with a very noisy AC and a kitchen leak that soaked the whole room and our bags. The next day we were moved to another room, but it was full of mold and had a strong, unhealthy odor, so we decided to leave.

The stay was fantastic—worth every cent. The rooms are huge and fully equipped; each comes with a small kitchen and there’s also a shared one for extra convenience. Janet, the host, is incredible; she greets you warmly, answers every question, and makes you feel truly welcome. This place comes highly recommended, and we’ll definitely return to Siargao. 😊

The staff, especially Janet, was very responsive and covered many of the apartment’s shortcomings. The Wi‑Fi was good and the location was convenient. However, there were numerous problems: an ant infestation made it impossible to store any food; water pressure fluctuated wildly, from almost nothing to a full splash, and the temperature was inconsistent; there was a water leak; the AC was so loud it could wake a deaf person; privacy was completely lacking; and the bathroom was dirty.
