The location was excellent, close to both the station and the event venue. The front desk had a free coffee maker and the coffee was very good. The amenities were minimal; I wanted a toothbrush set. For some reason I didn’t sleep well.

The scent was a bit bothersome.

Coffee was free. The dryer was broken and made a lot of noise.

The station is close, which was great, but the slippers were cheap, the tea service was lacking (I wish there was mineral water), the TV had few channels and no BS broadcasts, and there were no basic cosmetics provided.

Being near Sendai Station was a plus, yet the TV remote lacked a D button so data broadcasts were missing, the drinks in the fridge froze, and adjusting the hot water was difficult.
