The location is decent, but they demand extra money for everything, with no excuses. The room wasn’t clean, and when I asked about the AC, they cut the power and then said there was no light. The staff seem hungry for cash and will beg for it.

I didn’t like anything. I told them I was Vietnamese, and they didn’t say anything until I arrived: they demanded a new Indian ID to check in. They then kicked me out at 1–2 a.m., leaving me stranded on the street with a rude, arrogant man in the hotel. The sweet messages they sent me via Booking were nothing like how they actually behaved. If they don’t accept foreign guests, why not state that clearly so I could find another place?

Foreigners are not accepted, yet they still sell rooms. Be honest about this policy. Many OYO hotels around Patna act the same way. Who will compensate for the time and money spent traveling here?

The stay was comfortable. The hotel was very clean and the staff were nice and professional, giving a sense of peace and comfort.
