Checking in was easy, but the hotel door wouldn’t lock properly; a front desk man came to our room at about 7:30 pm to help, and although he managed to lock it, it required a lot of work and he said there were no other rooms and maintenance wasn’t available.

The air conditioner was noisy, the toilet leaked but was promptly fixed, and the dark‑grey rugs looked worn and possibly unclean—this is why I gave it a 6/10.
