The location, the coffee, and the staff were good, the place looked new and modern, and it was easy to reach many spots in Orizaba, but from the moment we arrived we were told there was no internet, they didn’t know when it would be available, and it wasn’t their fault; we spent the stay without internet and no one could fix it.
