I enjoyed the river view from the hotel, but the window glass was so dirty that it obscured the view. Please clean or replace the window glass so guests can see the river clearly.

The staff were very helpful and friendly, the breakfast offered many tasty choices, and the room was clean and comfortable.

The convenience of the leveled parking for hotel guests. And instead of 2 single beds, they gave us two queen size beds. No chairs to sit on in the hotel lobby. The staff are unfriendly, a bit rude, not enthusiastic in welcoming the guests. The hotel tv was not functioning and we needed to refer to maintenance people to fix it. The breakfast buffet was horrible. We stayed at Tower A, the old block, and the room was very antiquated, the moth ball smell from the drawers and closet were very pungent and unpleasant. They are very stingy with their hotel toiletries. The room is a bit stuffy and not cold. The hairdryer is very very old-fashioned and I couldn't seem to get my hair dry using it
