The staff were available at any time, and the hotel is close to the metro, the Science Museum, the Oceanographic, and a shopping centre. The cleaning was good but not perfect.

The location is spot on, with bus stops right next to the property and the science centre just a 5‑minute walk away. The beach is a 30‑minute bus ride, no walking required. I would add hooks or a small stool in the bathroom to hold things, and a bedside table next to the bed or a headboard with a shelf would help. A small piece of furniture at the entrance would also be useful, as overall there are a few more shelves needed. I’d also like a few more cutlery pieces; the shared area for two apartments only had 3 forks and 2 teaspoons.

“Molto scarso”

There was nothing special about the place where we stayed, neither the food nor the location. The apartment’s services, the spot itself, and the food were all lacking.

“Good apartment, good location”

The apartment was exactly what I needed—very basic but functional. The location was convenient, with several restaurants nearby and easy access to bus and tram stations for traveling around. A short walk brought me to a great shopping centre, the opera house, the science centre, and the aquarium. There were no trash bins provided, and cleaners were not included, so bedding and towels weren’t changed. Because the place is an apartment, there is no host reception or building, so you can’t drop luggage off early on arrival or leave it somewhere on the day of checkout—though they do offer discounts for a luggage store. My apartment had daily flies in the bathroom; I kept killing them only to find more, about two or three each evening. I also killed two silverfish, which usually signals dampness, but I think it’s just the AC. It’s a very basic apartment for the price, which was average for Valencia at the time I travelled, but it lacks the benefits of hotel facilities.

The environment was clean, with air conditioning, a TV, and well‑distributed power outlets. The shower water drips from the faucet and floods the entire bathroom; after every shower you have to wipe the floor with a rag. There are no furnishings—no bedside tables, wardrobes, etc.—so you have to put everything on the chairs and the table. For 3 or 4 people the room is small and not very bright.
