The location is perfect and the house with its garden has charm, yet after we reported the lack of hot water on Monday night, it wasn’t fixed until Wednesday evening; there were also missing bulbs, the bedding needs improvement, and the sofa was subpar, with no compensation offered, leaving us very disappointed.

The location is great, just a few blocks from the hot springs and the center, and the rooms are spacious; however, Furnas was warmer and more humid than we expected, and at times the A/C would have been nice, though our own home is generally drier and cooler, so we’re a bit biased.

The garden is very pretty, but one of the rooms had humidity issues.

It rained heavily inside the room to the point where guests slept on the living room floor; despite us warning about the situation, nothing was done to improve the deplorable conditions we endured for three nights.

It’s a nice, authentic house with a large garden and a cozy, lovingly decorated living area, and the location is ideal for exploring the surroundings; but when we asked for garden chairs (as shown in the photo), the management only sent a KI‑generated confirmation and no chairs, and the two bedrooms had a slight musty smell.
