“Poor room quality”

Poor room quality smelly bed. Never book Water issue No hot water. Very bad

“Hotel which is in good location and Worth the money, But no parking”

The hotel sits in a great spot close to Peling sky walk, Bird Park, and a nearby market, and if you stroll a bit you can catch sight of the Kanchenjunga Range—visible from the rooms, though not in full view. The staff were helpful, even though the food selection was limited. My room was spacious and clean, and overall it was worth the money. The only downside was the complete lack of parking for guests’ cars or bikes; we had to leave our vehicles outside other properties or look for paid parking, and the billing and invoice generation could use improvement.

Every meal tasted good, and the two young staff members—one a cook and the other a server—were both friendly and supportive. The hotel was clean and well maintained.
