It was a simple hotel, with a comfortable room. When checking in I was asked if I wanted breakfast, I agreed and the receptionist told me how much it was, I paid by card, when I checked my statement they had charged my card twice, I contacted them they agreed it was wrong and that they would refund me, 2 weeks later I contacted them again and they promised to to it the same day, now they do not reply to my messages. Very poor customer service! No iow stay elsewhere when I am in Tours
